  The kids area wasn't as clean as it usually is, the bathroom in the play area was out of service, the ketchup was empty and not refilled timely, the drink station was covered in dried splashed up pop and syrup, and my sandwich which was a "mushroom swiss" burger - came without the mushrooms. Thankfully I didn't drive-thru, and could have it remade - but this is not the level of service I have come to know from this location over the years, and I hope they get it together!
